SinoTech B.V. is the approved listing advisor of the Dutch Caribbean Securities Exchange (DCSX).The joint venture between SinoTech B.V. & PYGG Securities Co. B.V. and the collaboration with other companies within the group (hereafter “Sino-PYGG”) is headquartered in Curacao. Alongside broker services, SINO-PYGG offers investment structuring and company listing services. PYGG B.V. is also a licensed trust institution supervised by the CBCS.
SINO-PYGG focuses on the listing services of the Dutch Caribbean Securities Exchange (DCSX), Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE), and the Malta Stock Exchange (MSE). Our company's directors and listing executive have more than 20 years of rich trust and listing experience, and led numerous successful exchange listing cases, including shares, bonds, funds and alternative financial instruments. Relations reside all over the world, including many developed countries, such as the United States, Canada, Singapore, and many European countries. SINO-PYGG is committed to building the friendship bridge between the Kingdom of the Netherlands including the Dutch Caribbean and China, by positioning the first local brand in Dutch Curaçao, which is perpendicular to providing integrated financial services for the Chinese market, including trust, listing, brokerage and family office services.

Served or worked for famous companies at home country and abroad, such as the four major financial consulting companies,Coca-Cola company, and many well known enterprises and investment banks in China.
LISTING EXPERIENCE
Participated in more than 40 listed projects. In addition to securities, the team has also participated in bond and fund listing projects. As the main broker, the team has participated in almost all of tradable securities in the DCSX.
